sorry, probably been asked loads of times before but:

how much is 1 glass of water? today i've drunk over a litre but not sure how many cups that is

    8 0z is usually considered a glass of water. happy drinking:drinker:

    8oz= 1 cup


    But a lot of glasses are larger than that.
    Some people have pint glasses (16 oz)

    A liter is 4.22 cups.

    No worries, one glass of water = 8 oz and it is recommended that you drink "half your body weight" in ounces per day! Hope this helps.:bigsmile:

    :drinker: I was just about to say this same thing...it's been recommended to me to drink half my body weight in ounces per day. Example, if you weighed 100 lbs, you'd need to drink 50 oz of H20 a day. Happy Drinking! :drinker:
