  • Hey all! I started JMBR this past Monday. My husband and I want to start trying to get pregnant soon and I want to lose some weight first. Really proud I kept up with the exercises this week, hope it continues!

  • I love skinnytaste.com! I also found wholeliving.com which is the website for one of Martha Stewart's magazines. They try and emphasize using all natural ingredients in their recipes so many are free of processed, packaged foods. I've tried a few recipes and they're really good!
  • Chicken enchiladas from skinnytaste.com. I've never had them before but I hope they taste as good as the picture looks. I've been craving Mexican for over a week now! :happy:
  • I love Subway! I usually get turkey on wheat no cheese with lots of veggies and the red wine vinegar (so good and 0 calories!). I used to love the honey oat bread until I found out it is actually one of the worst breads on the menu. If I've been good all day, I'll sometimes still splurge and get it though :-)
  • I make a smoothie that is super fast to make, really filling and only 210 calories! I make it in my bullet and it is ready in less than 5 minutes :-) 1 cup of frozen mixed berries 1 small sliced banana 1/2 cup of almond milk 1 tbsp flaxseed Enjoy!!
