In 2 years I have only missed when I was on vacation with no computer access This program keeps me where I must be. I do not always eat properly.

I just don not like meat. I like fish, a little. Protein is an issue for me.

The only thing that puts me in a bad mood is eating things I should not eat! I stay on the 1000 to 1200 calories but my weight still goes up! I think it is WHAT I am eating not the calories. Stay your course and your moody will go up, better still go for a walk

I am 5'2 and lost to 115, it eased up to 117, then up to 121! My calories have ranged from 1000 to 1200 I have not increased my calories, I have stayed in my range on a regular bases for a YEAR! We have been married 30 years next month, we were married 20 years before we had a joint account! We both earned good income, we split the house payment had our own cars and credit and have never had a fight over money! It totally worked for us.

Keep the 100 calorie packs in the house and when your husband cooks his, you cook yours, you still get the get smell plus you are only eating 100 calories, I also keep zero calorie spray butter in the house to spray over the popcorn It taste YUMMY Remember you are on a life change course.

It helps because you are fully aware of what your eating and burning As you are a newbie, haven't you been shocked by some of the high calories you were eating in some foods?

I agree with you 100% I was going to do the surgery thing, but luckily my not wanting to spend the money won out. I decided to just watch l my calories and WALK! I had lost 112 pounds. I actually got to size 2 but felt I was to thin, I want stay size 4. Any diet will work IF you stick to it. My Fitness pal is the best one!…

Back up, you did not put the weight on in 2 weeks, it takes time and your body is in the thinking mode, (like: what! I better hold on to these calories) Trust the system You can do it! We did

I too have found it is much harder to eat a little when it comes to cake, It is much easier not to eat it. I love making deserts with liquor, I got the idea from Chopped. I make these when I am going to an event, I always bring desert and never bring any home. It really helps me keep it under control. Good luck to you
