I though I was the only one that felt this way! Kids can go to Disney Land! However there were very few kids at the Mirage, I just got back from there and it was great.

This is your journey, not his. Be proud of yourself for staying away from his junk. I buy junk food for my husband, I do not touch it, it is his! ( It works for me)

I have been on a 1000 calorie a day for almost 2 years. I am not on a diet, that is my new life style. Your goal is very do-able! I say go for it!

The key is walking, baby steps first. Just counting calories is not enough. (by walking, I even mean from the front of your house to the back of your house) This is not a diet it is a life style change. We are all here to help you, do not give up.

Our school has been a non peanut school for years now. It is not just the peanuts we have to review all products for nuts. We have 2 kids that have extreme I would rather ban peanuts than have a deathly sick child

sw 227 gw 127 cw 137 I reach 117, 8 months ago, 10 pounds under my goal. I am trying now to get back to 127. Keeping on target is very hard. It is not so much that I over eat it is not walking like I was.

It took me 8 months to lose 100 pounds. I slowly gained and now have 10 pounds to lose. It is much harder to keep it off then it was to get it off the first time

You are at a very hard place for sure. Great job on the weight loss but this is even harder. If you find the right answer let me know too. I lost 127 pounds and have gained 20, I now am trying to get 10 of it back off. I was to skinny for my age. Good luck to you and I know it is worth the work

I recommend BEFORE you start check how many calories you are eating. It gives you a true starting point. If you are currently eating 5000 cutting that in half would give you a good start. Good luck to you
