    This is a great site and you can meet great people who can support your efforts. Unfortunately, there are also those who are less than welcoming. Please don't let them discourage you. Suggestions for getting started:
    1 - edit your first post to remove your full name
    2 - fill in your profile (You can choose to make it public or private. If you are going to have it public, then fill it in so people will know about you.)
    3 - make some friends with similar goals as yours. That is where I have found my greatest support.
