Been there done that many times, You just have to face it, plan for it, then get back on track. My new thing is : if you eat that you have to go on the treadmill extra, it stops me cold! If I eat it I have to burn it!

So your saying: I eat 1000 calories a day it doesn't matter as long as I do not go over?

I keep the junk my husband likes in the house and then I DO NOT TOUCH THEM! I feel very proud of myself for doing this. Remember it is far easier to resist then take that first bite and then resist.

It is depressing to me due to so much of our social life is around food. It is very hard to go to dinner and not eat the wrong foods. Also the time frame of going out. I do not eat after 5:30, going out is is always after my cut off time. I made my goal almost 2 years ago and my weight is up 20 pounds now. I only want to…

It sounds to me like you are looking for a quick fix. All the fad diets work for a short time, if followed. Hope you get well soon

I hear ya!!! My Dad's nickname for me was "Fat *kitten*" for my whole adult life. Now he says I am to skinny, so I said, does that mean your going to call me skinny *kitten* now? He is 83 and I am 61

It took me 8 months to lose 100 pounds, your goal is do-able BUT it is very hard to maintain, stay on target The wonderful feeling of being thin is worth it

You are at a perfect age to address this issue, don't wait till your over 60 like I did. I am so shocked at how happy I am with the weight loss! I never want to go back, waht would my life had been if I had done it at your age. Go for it!
