5'2 117 My current goal is to be at 127 again, I am at 133 right now. Losing is the easy part keeping it off is very hard. I was doing really well till stress from my sons wedding this year. But I have a Las Vegas Trip planned in Aug and I will be at 120-127 by then!!!

It is not easy, but it is simple calories in = calories must be burned If you do not want to "burn" it, DO NOT EAT IT! Stops me a lot.

It is very do able but you have to stick to your plan It is way easier to just not eat that bad-for-you-item than it is to just eat a little. Once you get the taste you want more.
