for me WALKING! Even I can not believe how well that has worked. I walked 2 miles a day 5 days a week then 5 miles per day on the weekend. It worked!

Great job! I am also 5'2 my goal was to be at 127, I got down to 113 113 was to low, I went up to 117 and stayed there for several months, I was happy with that. She works her *kitten* off with three kids. The shape comes for all that she does and she kept up her shape while expecting. Jealous people are quick to pile on. I say good for her

It is hard to keep it off, you get bored with your program. life changes. I try to stay within 6 pounds, this month my son got married and I went up 10 pounds, I now believe stress is the worst cause of weight gain. I am getting back under control! I will get back to 117!

At 126 still see myself as I was at 272 Weird! My family says I'm skinny, I do not see it!

we are all here for the same reason. I do not share with facebook, only the people here know what I am trying to do. It is hard to take the weight off and even harder to keep it off I never want to be obese again!!!!

you are stress eating, once you take the first bite it is hard to stop. I have the same issue, I am eating veg. instead of the junk. Good luck, it is very hard

You do not need to spend any money, just walk! Survey yourself a route and just walk! That is how I lost 100+ pounds.

5'2 272 Present 5'2 127.8 goal is 117, been there done that. My son wedding this past weekend proves to me stress and over eating puts the pounds on fast! My weight when I came home was 130.4! I am back on my program.

This is a good place to start WELCOME ( I need to loose 5 pounds, again I lost over 100 2 years ago and have been trying to keep it off my weight goes up when I pig out at parties and activities but I never go over 8 pounds) 27 pounds is not much, but it is!

My goal 3 years ago was to loose 100 pounds in 7 months, it took me 8 months and I lost 100. I have spent the last 2.4 years trying to keep it off.
