I work for the school system and we are off for the summer, when I came back my boss said OMG where did you *kitten* go! I had not even know it had gone down. Walking is great for core building!

Keep it going! I do not believe in off days, you are starting on a life style change. Great going for you Calories in calories burned is the way to win, if on Monday you are going to eat more than plan to burn more that day! Win- win!

YES!!!! When I was obese I could hardly walk 100 ft now I can walk 5 miles. Having a baby girl that you can take on a walk also is great! Walking got rid of my belly fat, I was shocked!

I've been in maintaining for a year now, I've got to tell you it is hard! I keep within a 8 pound window. My weight goes up based on things going on in my life. I want to stay at 117. You have done great so far and it is worth it!

I want to get down to 117 CW is 120 To many it does not seem like much, but after losing 127 pounds, I gained back 8 I do not want to get back to 113, that was to low for me even at 5'2 Maintance is very hard!
