My biggest regret is taking a week to eat what I always ate and counting to see what I was consuming. It is eye opening. I do not understand how to hold myself accountable. For me counting calories is a major help Good luck to you, this can be fun!

This happens to all of us, but get back on track, learn what triggered you to eat the food you really should not eat. For me eating the wrong foods just makes me want more, it is easier to not take that first bite. This is a new life process for you, don't beat yourself up, just know it is not what YOU want. On my way down I called my sister's the were smaller ( from sizes 18 down to size 14) i have 5 sister's so I did not buy till I was down to size 8! It worked really well for me. Now I am size 4. Nothing wrong with hand-me-downs.

You must be fooling yourself. When my weight goes up it is because I am eating more calories than I am burning. It is as simple as that! ( I have been on this program for over 2 years went from 264 to 117. I gained from to many calories and not burning them)

What are your triggers? It just because it's night time? Is it because your lonely? Or is it all the food ads on TV? It is very import to log all of the bad stuff too. This is a life process not just a diet. Good luck and never give up on yourself You are worth it!
