Well, THAT was dumb...

Usually this would go on my feed, but yeah...
So I slacked out and got Chinese for lunch. Made me nauseous. So I had a chocolate bar to see if it would make me feel better. I don't even like this particular chocolate bar. Now twice as nauseous.
So, what's the dumbest thing you've done today?

I've eaten so much today that I've eaten into tomorrow's calories technically. THAT'S dumb.0

Um, I almost put nail polish in my purse at target tonight without buying it. I grabbed it off the shelf, decided I liked the color, & opened my purse to put it in. I caught myself right away before I actually did it. My sister laughed at me! Today was not my day on so many levels.0

I went to put a salad back in the fridge, which is next to the microwave. I accidentally put it in the microwave. Realized it later when I went looking for it :P0

Tried to open a tin can with my thumb and sliced it open.. then fainted. :P
EDIT: Oh, and I also dried my hands and then washed them after using the toilet!0 -
i got out of bed, probably should have just stayed there!0

Asked somebody in the hallway "How are you doing?" to which they replied, "Great, how are you doing?", to which I replied, "Pretty good, how are you doing?"
Now, THAT was dumb...is it Friday yet?0 -
Sunday. I had wings for the first time in 6 months. I didn't have 4 or 6, I had 25. This was a planned thing, I had room in my day and room in my week to make it work. Wings are one of the very few things I have cut out completely.
So why was it dumb?
Because I was well aware of the calories but didn't give the sodium a thought. And this was DUMB because I usually watch sodium as much as calories AND I had a BP checkup on Monday. I logged the most sodium since the day I started, was up 2 pounds on Monday and then had a BP number much higher than my average. Now he wants blood work etc.

(and today my BP is right back where it should be)0 -
Went to Zoe's Kitchen for the first time...everything looked healthy, but I still chose a salad just to be on the safe side. Turned out that particular salad (Tossed Greek) is the worst salad you can get from there...so dumb...0

I'll second that, today would have started out much better if I had just stayed in my bed.0 -
