I am new here and new on my fitness journey. IE this is my first week
I have lost a little over 2 lbs so far. My question is for more experienced people or people who are on the same journey as me.
Current Weight: 206
Goal Weight: 150
Caloric intake: 1400
Exercise: Walking/ light jogging for 3 miles a day or 30min on stationary bike (so about 300 calories burned a day)
Age: 26
Height: 5'6"
I really want to make sure I am on the right track with this and want to lose as much as possible while still being healthy! :drinker:

That sounds like a good start, but you should eat more when you exercise so that you keep a net calorie intake of 1400.
Also, I'd suggest some type of strength training a few days a week to maintain muscle as you lose fat.0 -
We have some similar stats! Feel free to add me... I'm 26, 5'5", starting weight was 206.8, goal weight is 132.4, current weight is 128.4. My maintenance calories are set at 1700 and I typically exercise M-F. My diary is open.
ETA: AND I'm from the Houston area also :drinker: Not currently a resident, but it'll always be home :flowerforyou:0 -
