I feel your pain! Saturday at a fancy mall with my man I ate 2 bags of those pretzel bites I went from 115 to 119 over this past weekend! I was terrified! I stuck to my program and now today I am back at 115. I though I could afford the pretzels because we also walked 14 miles the same weekend. I will never do that again!…

Been there, Done that,twice It works, but you can learn portion control with Smart ones or Lean Cuisine and have more choices EVERYTHING works, if you stick to the program

Tomorrow never comes This is YOU, start eating smart NOW, Be aware of what your eating always it is shocking how many calories we eat when we do not watch it. Do not give in due to holidays, eat smart, you will be glad you did (for example say your eating 4,000 calories, you drop to 2,000 that is a start!)

I too follow a calorie budget, but recently my weight went up 3 pounds and my size dropped from a 4 to a 2 During this time I increased my walking. My weight gain most likely is building muscles! Yea

when the desire takes hold to snack, make yourself walk a mile first It works for me, either I pass on the snack or eat it after the walk. The calories get burned off win, win!

I see so many people on here coming BACK to loose the weight they have gained back I do not want to be one of them! I am going to stay here! How did you loose control and gain back? Isn't better to just stay in the "group"?
