  • I generally stick to the Hill settings on cross trainers, most of the machines have them now and it varies the exercise enough to save it getting tedious. Stick a tv series on while doing it and just lose all track of time.
  • Sweet Potatoe and Butternut squash soup. Throw in some onions, garlic and thyme.... blitz it all together, lush
  • I make soup with almost exactly the same ingredients. Couple of hours in a big pot then remove the whole chicken. The meat falls off of the bone by this point.
