  • My start wight is 199.6 , I am aiming for 1.5 pounds per week. I have a goal of 190 for May 19th. I am not using weights for my level one yet. i do the girl push up and I hardly get off the ground on the jump rope. Cardio is not my thing and I am going cautiously at this. I hope in 2 weeks to add weights.

  • I was a coke-a-cola addict! I stopped cold turkey so I still have days I want a soda. My new drink on those days is a sprite zero with crystal light of any flavor added to it. I get 5 calories from the crystal light and 35 mg of sodium from the sprite zero. I can have my carbonation and be healthy also. Good Luck!

  • Well I did L1D2. My legs are so sore it hurts when the dog touches them! I went a tad bit slower on reps today but did complete the circuit with minimal stops. Gee I hope day 3 works out this soreness!
