  • Ok got my Shred in for the day early today. Taking my granddaughter to play 2 sessions of lazer tag so that will be my extra for the day. Then walking the mall with 2 15 year old girls. I believe I will get my extra in easy. Have a great day and stay on board!
  • Wow taking one day off really helped me alot. I did the video today and feel so much better about it. Thanks for all the support. It is nice to be with this group. Did my shred and got my 4 mile walk in. Ready to face another day.

  • OMG!!!! Day 1 Level 1 completed! I do it in my finished basement and I was not sure my legs would get me up the steps! Here are my stats: Weight 209 Chest 47.5 Arm 14 Waist 49 Hips 49 Thigh 23.5 After my Day 1 if SHRED I walked 30 minutes on the treadmill at 3.0. I hope I can get out of bed in the morning.

  • Well today is Wednesday and I usually binge today because my husband is out ot town and I eat what I want. Well today is going to be different. I have started my water and have mapped out my food for the day. How is everyone else doing?
  • I turned 50 in December and am so tired of the yo yoing I do. I start, I stop, I try, I dont. Having a hard time realizing this is a way of life and I will not die if I do not stay on a strict and narrow road. Here is to wisdom with age and hopefuly 50 lbs.

  • I received the xbox connect for my birthday in december. Today I bought the ea work out and look forward to starting in the morning. I love the sports game and adventures game it came with. Now I am ready to get to the serious stuff.

  • Worked 17 hours on Sunday so that helped me keep my halloween consumption to a minimum thank god.   • Thursday challenge in check except for the exercise. When I do it I feel great just cant seem to get into the daily routine yet. I usually get in 3 days a week. I started my private blog to work thru some issues and try to exercise more. Love all the motivation on here and the challenges!
  • Not a great day for my challenges. Seems when I have a day off I go to heck in a hand basket. I did go over my cals but only by 39 so I feel really good about that.   • HEy ct1986 I also work 15 and 16 hour days as a nurse. I took my lunch and got a 20 minute walk in and really felt better when I got back to work. We can only do so much on those days but make up for it on a day off. I dont know what your job is but i bet you get some sort of exercise there also. Maybe not as beneficial…
  • Found you all again! I was on target with my calories, only got 20 minutes of exercise in due to working a 16 hour shift today. Did get all the water plus more in.   • Off to a great start on my day. I ate breakfast , that is something I am not used to doing and am trying to change that. I walked one hour on the tread mill at 3.5 and burned 337 calories.
