  • I love deep water running! I started doing that last summer and was losing weight. I would try it if I were you. See how it feels. You can get a great workout from it!
  • I am pretty sore two days after my first run. I am supposed to go today...but the idea of running and being this sore is kinda scary. It's raining out right now, so I am going to have to go to the gym to do it. I will have to post here after I make it there! :-)
