isn't that the truth?! I am overweight (well, not anymore but was) because I love cooking and food. And I just happened to be eating too much of it. :( It still sucks that I have to give all that up but a moment on the lips, forever on the hips! And arteries etc. poo. :(

IF you're hungry and you feel so inclined, eat them back or at least part of them. Just make them protein calories. If you feel hungry and not just boredom hungry or just cause the calories are there hungry, then eat them if you wish. If it doesn't work for you, then change it up.

from what I have learned, you must eat back the calories, at least if you are hungry. You only deprive your body of what it needs to do what you ask of it. I did not know this until recently, and I struggle to find foods that won't make me go over my carbs, etc. and fill the calories burned. I would say she is already…

I sprinkle them on my food. I also have eaten them just plain. I also put them in my protein shakes too. I haven't in awhile though.. need to get back to it!

I am 99% sure that everything you eat every day matters and that totaling it up a week does not really give you a good idea of where you are. It is always better to eat your calories in as even as possible of proportions every day as opposed to going over board every day. If that is happening, then just try to burn more…
