  • Hi, Zumba is super fun, you will enjoy it sooooo much. You get to move your hips and be all sexy and stuff, its pretty awesome. We have Zumba classes here a couple times a week. I also have Zumba on the WII and it is super cool. Enjoy :)

  • I dunno, My son is almost 18 and he's been working hard to define his lower ab region. I think it takes time and persistance. Keep at it, you will see them soon i'm sure. As far as me, well I have them somewhere under the 3 layers of fat ;)
