I drink between 10 and 16 cups of water per day. I don't recommend starving yourself (NEVER) but I do use food itself as a treat. If I'm beginning to get hungry, I drink my water first. A girl's gotta eat, so the incentive works every time!!

Kashi frozen meals are delicious - my favorite is the Mayan Harvest Bake. I can't remember who it was, perhaps it was Dr. Oz, but when it comes to frozen meals it's recommended that you follow the 2-4-8 rule: at least 20g of protein, less than 400 calories, less than 800mg of sodium.

Cumin, salt, paprika, garlic powder, black and/or cayenne pepper, olive oil. Mix. Stir in chickpeas to coat, arrange in an even layer on parchment paper, bake in oven for about 15 minutes, and you'll have the tastiest, crunchy snack of your life.
