I struggle with that too. When I'm good, I'm SO good, but I am affected by getting off track just a little bit, plus being a type 1. Don't beat yourself up, it will only affect you negatively. If you can't shake the feeling, go for a REALLY great work out.

You're 5'8"? 115 seems pretty light for that height....115 is kind of slim for me even. I'm 5'2". (Given, muscular frame tho.)

One thing I do for myself to not feel like this is I go tanning. Obviously spray tan or the self tanner lotion is heathier for you, but I do UV once a week and the lotion after I shower. The firming tanning lotion is GREAT. I love it. And it makes me feel more put together.

I'm fortunate that my boyfriend is extremly supportive and will read labels for me when he doesn't have to. But boy do I hate him for getting back into hot shape in less than 2 months and I'm still struggling to lose even 5lbs. Bamma!
