Welcome! I haven't been here for very long but am so impressed by the supportive people here. When you are frustrated or tempting to cheat, you can find someone here to talk to instead. I love the 10% goals, it becomes so much less intimidating. Good luck with your journey!!

I bought the DVD and it totally kicks my butt. I'm just starting out and I'm not in great shape, so it may be a little too much for me this soon, but it is a workout I think anyone would benefit from. It definitely gets the heart pumping. Fast pace, constantly changing routines. I like that the DVD has each circuit listed…

I'm an 'aspiring' vegan; I have been a vegetarian for years but now am ready for that next step. I'm ashamed that I struggle with dairy so much. I'd be glad for any advice!

I love Quinoa, I use it in stir frys instead of rice. It is a grain that is a complete protein source. Make sure you buy the kind that doesn't need rinsing, and just follow the directions on the package. You just boil it in water like you would rice. It's kind of crunchy and really filling. :)

I'm about 5'7 1/2" ( I don' t know why I always have to add the 1/2 :) My goal weight is 140, even though my feelings wouldn't be hurt if I ended up closer to to 135! I've had two kids so I know I'll never get back to my high school weight.
