No kidding. :drinker: Bring on the 'matoes.

your mother needs a smack. That's abuse, no two ways about it.

What is your problem? Do you want to be thinner? Do you expect to wake up and be a size eight? Was the pizza worth it? :explode: Probably not ...so stop. Tomorrow is a new day. So get your rear to the gym/plan your food BEFORE YOU EAT IT/do something/make a post in the other forum about how you did well instead. Stop…

PS One of the reasons that low carb helps is because of the low GI index. So check out the GI index of a lot of foods before you eat them. Google for a chart =) and yes you can still eat some fruits and veggies !!

Lower your carb intake. I gained 8 lbs in a month due to pcos + a liver crash (not quite related but kinda because although my liver recovered, my pcos aggrivated everything) and then 8 more lbs the next month eee!! Couldn't lose it AT ALL!! So I finally had to cut out most processed stuff, inhale about 100 oz of water a…

Another great reason why I don't eat my exercise calories...

Do what you think is best for you. Everyone has their own lives/stories/situations.

Hmm - i have extra skin around the stomach - maybe i should be going for more abs he he instead of "caved in" ?
-
No but working the area helps it look better :P

If all you did was drink water, well, you could have a problem because you could flush out nutrients. I doubt any of us will. Water intox is when you drink too much at a TIME.

But it takes a village! I don't see how Obama could have won you over v Clinton on education, considering her work with children but...oh well.

My favorite Colorado bumper sticker is the one with the green outline of the mountains that says REDWINGS SUCK.

Nothing helps em but time. Some products "speed up" the process for some people. IMO it's just your body having a mild allergic reaction, like a burn. Anyway. I'm having a tummy tuck in *hopefully* December why you all are celebrating your Christmas!! :blushing:

We are talking about prices relative to junk food, not relative to prior spending. I so need to get out of this thread and into the shower...

So essentially what you're saying is that you're getting free veggies. And you weren't including household items. So it really costs about 300+ or so a month for food (give or take cause I don't know what your family eats in terms of veggies).
-
Exactly! It's just Jude and I and if you cut OUT household items we still shop for less than 200 a month because we don't have a CHOICE. Seriously, though I'm so on to this diet thing that I've learnt to dealt with a hungry belly! I'm not sure I could afford to do a heavy workout! RE: Fast food. I could get the 5 for 5…

Yup! And if you remove the bun and pickles its about 100, 120 cals!!! YAY! Anyway I looked up the Sonic info to see coffee facts...all disappointing!!

And while I'm at it: http://abcnews.go.com/Health/Diet/story?id=3807128&page=1 Also, some of us can't eat the additives in frozen veggies and some of us can't afford the high prices of club memberships. kthx. All that being said...I eat a heck of a lot less in my house and a lot more bland than other folks do just so my…

Well i shop at a grocery store too and I attribute about 20 per cent of my weight loss to the fact that I'm poor.
-
It's more expensive for me. But I can't afford to spend $3 on a meal! :noway: :noway: :noway: :noway:

I meant relative to the theory. If both stations are needed to create the wormhole, then what happened when the Hatch blew up? One end of the wormhole would have had to close. For a wormhole to exist (well, depending on which theory you're using) you'd need some sort of machine or energy source that created some continuous…
