So day one of March and I'm off to a good start... Today was definatelly my intense day as far as work outs go... I would not stick to this on a regular basis and not sure it would lessen the impact of a cheat on low carb. It wouldn't hurt to do it if you are going to take a cheat I guess, but since its not medically I would not make it part of your regular plan
