Don't feel bad!!! I wouldn't, because honestly if you keep doing the same thing over and over expecting different results... you just stay the same. I ready a study one (don't quote me on this) that if you don't mix up your exersice routine every three weeks or so, they you platue and don't get any better.

Try adding fat to your diet, like bacon or whole milk. Fatfree diets tend to make people feel like they're starving...

I drank a gallon of water a day for six month... I had to drag around a plastic container of water everywhere. I'm still trying to get back into that habit.
