Yeah none of that is why I would get surgery.. when you lose a bunch of weight it is sometimes uncomfortable and doesn't work to still have extra skin in the way.. It has little to do with appearance and not loving who I am. It has everything to do with physical hold backs that make me truly be who I am..

I would like not to get more than 15-25 carbs in a meal.. the protein well the more the merrier as taking meat and dairy out it lacks a lot of the time. These are some awesome ideas.. thank you all!

I eat soy all the time.. I prefer almond milk and tofu items, but there is plenty of soy mixed in with my diet.. and soy nuts.. yum!

While it is no realistic to say never have a beer again or indulge on things in life they do affect the outcome. If you haven't done them much definitely start modified and as your legs and knees get stronger and your body gets more used to jumping you can slowly make them a bit more intense. Before you know it you'll be jumping jack like a crazy person :)
