Depends who you ask, frankly I avoid those chemical sweeteners as much as possible because they are also pretty toxic on you. I will admit I have some here and there and if you wont drink water it is a good way to stay hydrated,

I know they sell sugar free coffee creamers aside from that I don't know, you will get about the same sugar in soy milk. You could do a cream but then the trade off is more fat :\ I'm still having my coffee lol.. Where was the sugar coming from in a "sugar free" coffee :\ maybe the nonfat milk? That seems really odd to me that there is sugar in it, but what do I know lol

Shakeology is way expensive.. but if you can afford it.. I am not knocking it but it seems whenever I see "beachbody coach" the next phrase is buy "insert product here"

Starting good habits now is a good idea, and if you want to get a little nudge drink a ton of water the day of the weigh in :P

It happens, people fear change and they don't like they idea of being left behind. This is not solely a spouse thing either while I have an amazing supportive wife, there are always friends, or family members that seem to want to sabotage the change.. Keep at it and it will all be worth it.

Awesome work, I remember the first time shopping in the 'regular' section at the store.. actually picking what looks good not what fits.. it is these moments that makes your journey worth all the sweat.. good job!

No I don't delete unless they are rude.. but it does no harm to have them on so I usually don't mess with it.

If you have to have a treat they are certainly better than reaching for a 'regular' candy bar or ice cream; however, in the end they are not that great for you and loaded with chemicals and sugar.

I would recommend avoiding the treadmill if possible and run on a track.. just so you know if you are going to start doing any 5k runs it is much more difficult to run in the 'real world' than on a tread mill.
