I would recommend the "sugar free" Torani syrups, lots of flavors and sweeten it right up :) http://www.torani.com/home/products As far as sweeteners I like I use "Pure via" It is good, sweet, and cheap!

A good basic rule is if it clear it is probably a better choice than the amber colored liquor... clear rums and vodkas are your best bets.. If your looking for something with some flavor (as opposed the diet soda) try juice drinks (screwdrivers) at home we like v8 Splash with some rum in it.

I felt the same on the gazelle, just seemed like I wasn't doing much or working very hard.. It is not a very intense workout for sure.

I loved this day, it was the day I looked in my closet and said "I have nothing to wear it is all too big" what a good problem to have. Also being able to go into a store and fins stuff I actually like instead of finding what happens to fit. Congrats!

I am not Nonna lie, I love the taste of Subway. However this myth of them being some super healthy alternative has got to end. They are sneaky and while some sandwiches get the calories lower they still have a ton of other body poisons in them.

The reason I ask is I seem to have stalled on my weight loss so I am looking for some possible tweaks. I work out pretty hard burning between 1500-2000 calories during a workout. I like Mocha Mix http://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/calories/mocha-mix-non-dairy-creamer-3448811 It is low in calories, creamy with no sweetness, and works great.. I am somewhat limited as a vegan I avoid the dairy but this has been a great fit for me.

Yes I know exactly what you mean.. The scale was an odd obsession I went through weighing myself 3-4 times a day sometimes jumping up 4 pounds or so within moments. I have just come to realize I need to ignore it and only count it once a week or so.. On the upside just pick the lowest one to call your new weight :P

My wife uses MFP too so we are in it together.. We both have phones and text each other and no one seems jealous or put out by it :)

I do the same thing for breakfast, I eat the Cliff "Builder" Bars - Peanut Butter, I eat half before my workout and half after.. They keep me feeling energized and full until later in the day.

I have never really liked any of them just straight. I like the Silk in cereal, coffee, etc.. Almond milk is a bit thick for me to just drink it.

Big time congrats! I also am so very close to my goal that I can almost taste it.. The idea of actually having and 'after" instead of a 'during' photo keeps me moving.. Another reason I love MFP!

I find the whole Skinny Cow brand a little overrated, they cut out fat and add chemicals and still punchy a decent amount of calories. I will take fruit any day.
