I have done it and completed it.. It is possibly one of the most difficult workouts from Beachbody. I loved it though and Shaun is a great trainer.

This! You do need to up your claories, but make sure they are nutrient dense foods, like some nuts and keep the carbs at bay and complex. and while you do want to create a calorie deficit finding that balance is the key.

I am a gamer for sure! I just finished Mass Effect 3, amazing game. I am a big Bioshock fan and can't wait for Infinite. I have all the consoles (although the Wii sees little action) would love to add other gamers.

Its OK.. 1000 isn't great for one meal for sure.. but it could have been so much worse... Your body will use that fuel in a day or so.. It won't get stored as fat that quickly :) Here's some food for thought.. Jack in the Box has started serving a Bacon Milkshake.. one large shake has 1200 calories .. :O
