I've lost 15 lbs since May 1st. I really try to watch my calorie in take. I eat a lot of No Salt Grean Beans and No Salt Canned (Stewed) Tomatoes. I mix them. It's very filling but only a few carlores. If you like that, it works. Plus lots of water and no sodas. I also try to do cardio 5 times a week, even if only 15…
