Mine is open, I'm set to 1450. I use the recipe builder for most dinners that I cook.

Salt and pepper the chops, season with some garlic/onion powder or whatever you like, place them in a baking dish and cover with tomato sauce of your choice. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for at least an hour, but an hour and a half is even better. They will be tender and delicious!

I've been working out about 4 hours per week. I do a combination of the Cybex arc trainer machine, C25K on the treadmill, and weight machines. I'm about to try using more free weights.

I like to cook up a big pot of soup, and portion it out into containers. Then I just grab one from the freezer every morning. If I haven't been in a cooking mood, I'll do Lean Cuisine. I might take dinner leftovers too. Then I just add a fruit.

I am 5'2", I have lost 12 lbs since April and I have about 23 more to get to 115. I've been that weight before, but I wasn't exercising and in shape at the time, so I think I'm really aiming for a goal size more than weight. Oh yeah, feel free to add me!
