As of right now my goal is a 10 but I wouldn't be upset to fit into a size 8! I just want to be evenly proportioned!

You are burning more than you eat. if there were ever a case of starvation mode... this is it! You need to bump your calorie intake to at least 1200. I'm not saying to eat your exercise calories back but if what you are doing is not working, its time to do something else.

My 2 year old takes a nap and my 4 year old watches a movie in her room.

I don't count household chores as exercise unless it is heavy cleaning like scouring the bathtub or cleaning out my daughters room.

When I indulge with my cravings I fit them into my daily calorie limit. If need be I will work out a little longer to burn those extra calories. If you don't allow yourself a little treat now and then it will be hard to stay on track.

I tried the patch a few years ago, I didn't like it. After a couple of days the edges would start peeling then it would stick to my shirts and become annoying. I have had the Mirena for 2 years now and I love it! I didn't notice any weight gain.

129lbs is the very lowest you should go according to the BMI scale.

I am a cereal freak! I actually have a tshirt that says Cereal Killer with a skull and two spoons... its cute! : ) Have you tried the Fiber One 80 calorie cereal? I usually have 2 servings (1 1/2 cups) with 1/2 cup of milk (usually healthy life but I am trying silk). It curves my craving, fills me up and has 20 g of fiber!

Some of my fav snacks * Reduced fat wheat thins with a wedge of garlic & herb laughing cow cheese * Fiber one 90 calorie bar * Chocolate or caramel rice cakes with or without peanut butter * Fruit of any kind * Skinny cow truffle ice cream bars or anything skinny cow! It does get easier... hope this helps!

On the box it should tell you what the calories are as it is packaged, 260 calories for 1/3 of the box
