Yep. If I don't log my foods right after I eat them (or before I eat), I will forget to log and forget what I ate to begin with!!

I think as long as you are getting enough water everyday, that should be fine. It's mostly veggies which have little to no calories :)

I go through this EVERY month. I'm still looking for ways to satisfy my cravings when all I want to do is splurge on anything with carbs (pasta, bread), and lets not forget chocolate!!

Birthday cake icecream was probably the best unique icecream I've tried. I'm picky about what I eat, so it's rare that I stray from my two favorites:mint chocolate chip & chocolate peanut butter.

Yup, I've struggled for years with a depressed mood and my weight went up and down like a yo-yo. Talk to your pcp who can give you some tips, and I also recommend seeing a counselor as well(it saved my life, literally). You don't have to go through this alone.

Are you wanting to run? Walk? Train? The shoe depends on what exercise you are doing. I personally love new balance because they come in a lot of wide fit sizes. I have a wide foot, but it's short. I hear sauconys are good too.

Awesome. So far this site has helped me track my food better. I too am a big snacker, but I'm trying to cut back some, or just pick healthier snacks. I find that apples or yogurt make great snacks. Best of luck to you!
