Thanks, everyone for your replies! Today was good overall and tonight was a success! I didn't binge and I stuck to my plan of doing my nails. (Manicured fingers and toes always make me feel so put-together!) Feels good to have another day in the "win" column. :)

my scale said I am at 28% BF... then I had a trainer use a caliper to determine my BF and she said that I am at 25% BF. So in my experience the scale isn't so accurate...

Thanks guys for the responses! To those of you suggesting to eat more calories- are you talking about base-line calories and then eating back exercise calories? Or just up my calories and then not eat back the exercise calories?

I used to think that if I weighed 125 I would be happy and magically have no more problems with body image and stuff. WRONG! I'm 5'0'', 121lbs- and when I really push myself hard on level 3 I only burn about 160 calories for the 27 minutes, according to my HRM. (I am dripping with sweat!) I have a Garmin HRM with a chest strap - I love my hrm!

When you log your foods you can do a search for "pregnancy" and there are a few options called "eating for pregnancy". This will give you some more calories each day.
