Hi.. I was sleeved on 9/2. Its for sure always a fight.. I am learning everyday its all me and not my sleeve. My sleeve helps me dont get me wrong but I have never had any issues with food and I am starting to be able to eat larger portions. Need to reevaluate why I started this journey and always be mindful of my choices!

I was always told by trainer friends - never weigh in if you have been working out hard or muscles hurt. When muscles hurt it means they are retaining water. MAYBE.. :-) good luck

I i had the surgery on 9/2... I think you are eating pretty much what i did. I had mashed potatoes in there though. with my refried beans i would melt some low fat cheese and small amount of low fat sour cream to add some flavor. I love premier protein drinks..only one that tastes good to me

Im far from an expert on here but I punched your numbers in the websites use and they both came out with a TDEE of about 3200 and at 20% below you would be at 2600.

I have been addicted to asparagus and mushrooms lately.... throw in some tin foil with olive oil and some spices then on the grill.. so good!!!!

OK ... I will do it.. guess i need to give up my elliptical and go to the treadmill! lol :-) I think I never ran cause I was raised by a cross country mother who grew up on scholorships - then coaching - and personal training for cross country.. every day after school for like 10 years i was on the track with her. lol

I do that almost every week. cook up some chicken with Franks Red hot sauce.. alot of times I will throw them on a wrap with lettuce, tomato and what ever veggie i have in my kitchen.. depending on my calories for the day I will add some low fat cheese or fat free ranch.
