Skinny cow makes these killer ice cream sandwiches that are like 150 calories or something like that. Also check out the low- or non-fat jello puddings. They are super yummy.

Every body is different, but I've been doing a 1/2 hour on the elliptical on high intensity interval settings 5 days a week, plus some leg presses, lunges, squats, etc. I've noticed that the cellulite in my bum has pretty much disappeared, so maybe this will help you too?

Low fat string cheese, apple with peanut butter, greek yogurt or almonds. Lots of pre-workout water!

Yeah cardio is totally the devil sometimes (especially that time I tried the "energizer bosu" class at club one and thought I was going to throw up all over the super perfect 5-minute-plank-without-breaking-a-sweat girl in front of me).
