Day 5 done! I feel like I'm OWNING this now (kinda, I still struggle with the girly pushups and the side lunges) but I feel so much stronger and capable during the rest of it. I've stopped aching too Well done to all the shredders today!

L1D3 done! Not as tough as yesterday - I managed around 19 girly pushups instead of 4 and managed the whole 1st set of side lunge ones without having a rest.

Started off atrociously today - managed about 4 girly pushups because the muscles near my armpits (pecs?) literally wouldn't hold me up! Try oats/porridge - they really help with milk production. Loads of water, fenugreek can help but it takes a few days to increase supply. I hope you figure it out x
