yep! He was on a morning show the other day promoting this "diet"!! He was saying it's safe if you only do it for say 3 weeks to get into a wedding dress or swim suit!! Looks like he's gone the way of the dollar and quick fixes instead of health as well. Sad!

Zumba (getting lost in dancing for an hour and not even realizing you're sweating your butt off), running, (mental therapy and clarity), weight lifting (love challenging myself to go heavier), sex! ;)

I just got out of my boot for a stress fracture, but while in the boot I would do upper body mainly, and swimming but since you don't have access to a pool I guess that's out! Are you on crutches? Walking around the block on crutches was quite a workout as well. Best of luck and take care!

My thought>>> there is no soda that is good for you! My personal opinion, IF you must have a soda, have a real soda..none of this diet or zero stuff. They have to add chemicals to take away the sugar/carbs/calories! If I have to have a soda bad enough, I suck it up that I have to count those calories/sugar, it's the better…
