Fiber Cancelling Carbs??
Since starting my journey I've been a carb watcher, however I eat a ton of beans, I love them, they keep me full. I recently read that fiber cancels out carbs for example if my beans are 50g carbs, but have 15g of fiber, I really only count 35g of carbs. Does anyone know if this is true and why does that work?
