The Magic Diet

I have been asked so many times when talking about weight loss "how did you do it, what was your magic secret", I hate that question, and after reading through the message boards this morning I want to scream...THERE IS NO MAGIC DIET!! Eat a little less crap, eat a little more good stuff, move a little more (or a lot more, it feels great)...that's all there is to it. Please please everyone quit trying all of these fads...it's craziness! You'll just gain the weight back, and be worse off in the end...Congrats on being here, lets support eachother, lose the weight if we need to, build the muscle if we want to, and ROCK THIS!!!

    This is all lies see there is a magic and you just dont want to get the fairy all worn out that she'll quit granting weight loss. Good job though keeping up the farce pretending its hard work, eating less, and moving more. Wink wink...we know the magic secret.

    oh crap, I've been had!! well I guess that's the end of weight loss the easy way..off to try some crazy fad starvation diet!! DANG!!
