Do you like Industrial Metal or Hip Hop? Those make up my playlist, because they drive you forward.

    Rob Zombie
    Outkast
    Korn
    Static X
    System Of A Down
    Eminem...

If you don't have it already check out American Made Music to Strip By from Zombie. He remixed a lot of his popular songs and they seem to be some of the more workout friendly versions.

Well depending on your tastes in music...i tend to run to sets of music...usually different genres of house music and the sets usually run anywhere from 45 min to 2 hours of non stop great songs. If your interested message me for some great djs and where to download there music for free.

I like "Ego Rap" for when I run. Jay-Z & Kanye West have about 50% of my running playlists. And every run starts out with Kanye West's "Power"

I find I run and lift heavy best with heavy metal or dubstep. Depending on my mood though, sometimes something relaxing like arcade fire or patrick wolf or sigur ros helps. Depends on your taste and mood too...

I'm a bit embarrased to admit this but "Run" by MBLAQ and "Crayon" by G Dragon. Oh, and "I'm the best" by 2NE1. My sister is a K Pop fan so I've been exposed to these songs. The kind of music I normally listen to isn't very good for this sort of activity. Or I have to choose the happiest songs in my music library. I listen to M.I.A. a lot, too.

I am SUPER eclectic when it comes to music preference.

If you like hard rock, I REALLY love Tool when I run...it gets me pumped. All their songs are great, but Jambi has a great beat as does Ticks & Leeches.

    Other Suggestions:

Born to Run - Springsteen (duh!)
    Mumford & Sons - I Will Wait
Jason Aldean - Take a Little Ride
Country Girl (Shake It For Me) - Luke Bryan
    Alive - Pearl Jam

Today's running selection: (I make a playlist almost every day):

Hall and Oates: You make my dreams come true (don't judge)
Sheryl Crow: Home and The First cut is the deepest
    Coolio: Gangsta's paradise
    More Hazards More Heroes: Flies
    Blues Traveler: Run Around
    Train: Drops of Jupiter
    The Vapors: Turning Japanese
Wham! Wake up before you go go (shut up)
    Adele: Chasing Pavements
Florence and the Machine: Only if for the night
    Foo Fighters: Everlong
    Ben Folds Five: Army

If you are looking for music with a specific tempo, jog,fm is a fantastic site.

My two new favorites are My Oh My by Tristan Prettyman and Hall of Fame by The Script. Someone already mentioned this one, but One More Night by Maroon 5 is a good one, too. Plus it has the added bonus of making me think of my ex, which makes me work harder.
