I purposely target below my calorie goal. Any exercise calories are over and above that as well.

I do... I have a Starbucks Grande Skinny Vanilla Latte several times a week for breakfast... that along with a granola bar or two give me a filling 400 or so calories for breakfast and gives me a good dose of protein to keep me full until lunch. Besides, it calms me down, wakes me up and keeps me comfortable until late…

Good luck... it works as long as you are accurate and honest with what you take in is what you record. So far it is working great for me.

I can say that I have experienced anything like this. However, to me it sounds serious and you may want to discuss it with your doctor. Perhaps a stress test may be need to identify what is going on. Would not want it to get worse for you.

I would say try to fit something in.... even a walk. Sometimes I find that the increased airflow, fresh air and increased circulation helps clear up my cold a bit. Just my two cents.

Yes, I have the same problem.... and I tend to do the same. If I am in doubt, I will estimate high and give myself the benefit of the doubt. If I am logging in more calories then I am taking in then I can shed a little more of my stored calories. :happy:
