I have the force (fitbit force) and I love it. Been using it for about 3 days now and no rash here after wearing it almost 24 hours a day (except for in the shower).

Once a week in the A.M. right after I get up. Try not to do it more than that as I find my weight fluctuates daily and I tend to get depressed on those fluctuations and tend to give up. I am only looking for the overall trend which a weekly average will give me.

I dont, mainly because my goal is to track calories. If they list calories on the bottle then I will but for the most part the ones I take are listed as zero.

Hello and I can relate... I started once before (in April) and it fizzled. Started again in October.. this time with using the community and it has been much better. The community and peer interaction makes it more enjoyable and has kept me focused this time.

We have had cookies in every aisle for the past two weeks. Yesterday was the company pot-luck lunch. I can say that I am proud that so far my temptations have not got the best of me to start screwing up my diet... however having to walk by them and look at them is dangerous territory. :explode:

I have one diet coke per day (well occasionally two).... that is down from the 3 to 4 cans I used to have per day. The rest of the day is water.
