  • I love it! We have one in home so it doesn't get better then that. The best feature though for me is that I have severe back problems and it helps me to do a pretty intense workout without the pain!

  • If it is chaffing all the above advice is great. I have found though that when I work out and sweat profusely that if I don't take a shower soon after my workout I breakout. I have very sensitive skin and have always been prone to breakouts. :( I don't know if that will work but it is worth a try. Good luck!
  • I always count it as just water!! I drink diet soda and coffee also but never include that in the "cups of water" counter.
