  • Bellinghamster here, but I spend half my life in Skagit - worst part for me isn't the rain, just driving home in the dark every night! I wouldn't trade it for anything though :)
  • One of my favorite foods to eat in Korea is dubu jeonggol - easy to make if the ingredients just include some tofu, mushrooms, onion and kimchi - very low fat! Just eat it with little rice if possible, or switch out boribap for regular rice.
  • I make brown rice risotto a lot, and it's just as delicious as regular risotto! Just boil the rice for an extra 15-20 minutes before you start, and make your risotto like normal. One of my favorite brown rice dishes with pumpkin or mushrooms :happy:
