  • I have to agree that i weigh myself every morning and post it once a week on Fridays. im considering only weighing myself once a week and only posting every other week. I have found that when i weigh myself every day i tend to not stick to only posting on my set day. I get all antsy or something lol.

  • I personally only track on the computer. The first day i didnt log anything i just wrote it down and didnt restrict myself or exercise. WoW i saw a huge difference when i actually started walking and watching my calories.I am so excited to hopefully not have one more miserable over weight summer.
