Hello Ladies. Can I join? I turned 50 in Sept and could stand to loose about 35 more lbs. I want out 5 days a week now and eat pretty healthy. Do you all post your workouts and food issues here or is this more social?

I'm training for a half marathon which is 9/12. that's a few days before my 50th bday. I was supposed to run 10 miles but ran 6 miles on treadmill then ran/walked 4. I burned over 1200 calories. I don't plan on eating them all today.

Etta, get in lots of veggies before each meal on vacation. Those are good for and it will fill up ur stomach and maybe help you not eat as much.
