22 years old and I want to lose 115. Just started this week. I am headed to Ikea tomorrow to buy a scale! I have asthma too. I've had asthma attacks from too much cardio out in the real world, but when I'm at the gym I can control what I choose to do, so it hasn't been a problem. I find that I can do cardio as long as I don't push it too much and do it in 20 minute bursts so I don't wear out my lungs too much. Also remember…
