Country Archer True Protein Bar is awesome. It's a meat protein bar, 110 calories, 20G protein, no weird ingredients. That and fruit, full fat string cheese and almonds. I also drink naturally flavored sparking water, which is yummy and gives me something to occupy my "snack mind" when I'm not actually hungry.

I'd go for it. You'll most likely feel some bloat and retain some water weight from all the sodium, but you won't gain a pound of actual fat unless you go crazy. I'd drink a lot of water and eat a banana or take potassium supplement, as potassium can aid in counteracting sodium in the body. Try not to over-think it and…

Cook with fat! A tablespoon of butter to cook your scrambled eggs, olive oil drizzled roasted veggies etc. I'd probably add in a few tablespoons like that, plus 2 caloric snacks like everyone has listed (toast with butter and jam, or trail mix ( quarter cup of macadamia nuts is 250 calories + quarter cup raisins is about…

Me: 4 LNS: 3 (I had a piece of toast after dinner, but it was just 1 and was well within my calories, so I consider that a win for me)

I did the same thing just last year. From May 2014-November 2014 I lost 40 lbs and it was awesome. Now here I am July 2015 exactly at my starting weight again. I've decided to start over and hopefully make it past the holidays this year, since that's what did me in. :)

22 lbs in 8 months. Had lost 40 in 5 months but then I got off track and went through a tough time. Now I'm back at it. Hoping to get to 50 before my 1 year mark. It'll be difficult, but I'll do my best. Currently just started back up again and I'm watching calories, doing about 1700 daily and doing cardio & lifting at the…

you look so fantastic!!!

Hey! I started at 297 and am looking to lose about 110 as well. I started about 5 months ago and I've lost 40 lbs, I'm just eating more whole foods, snacking less and getting some exercise in. It feels great, so add me if you want.

Yes if you're 5' 6" and 259 then it sounds fine that you can lose 1-2 pounds weekly at 1900 calories. If you say you want to lose 105 lbs then your calorie allotment will shrink as you do, you should re-calculate it every 10 pounds or so. 1200 calories is just not enough for the majority of people, unless you're an…

For me these have been the most helpful 1. Drink more water 2. Log everything you eat, whether you were over or not 3. Allow yourself junk food sometimes or else you'll feel deprived and binge out and feel guilty about it. 4. Don't get mentally bummed out over a plateau or a tiny loss for a few weeks - it happens to…

I think that on a day to day basis I was eating about 2800, only about 300 over my maintenance since my gain was slow and steady over 10 years. I'm sure I ate about 3500 at least once or twice a week though with binges and junk foods.

completely agree about the skin bouncing back. I'm really hoping mine wont look weird because of the shape of my fat. What can ya do though haha. Lose at a responsible pace, strength train and drink plenty of water.

You're a beautiful bride! Congrats on the loss, you look truly fantastic!

you are looking fantastic and you must be so proud! Way to go girly!
-
Wow you look absolutely fantastic! How long did it take and do you have any tips?
-
Yup it's so weird how I look at some women's bodies and they are my size or larger but have a lovely smooth shape about them, and I have these wobbly rolls everywhere. Oh well :) I'll just have to be patient. I'm glad I'm not the only one with the arm roll thought! Mine were also last to appear in the weight gain. Or at…

5' 11" and I wear an 11W I would love to experience this magical foot shrinking and maybe wear a 10 medium. That would make shopping so much easier! So many lame stores stop at a 10. I am also terrified of feet growing after having kids...

Similar types of food, good homemade stuff, but bigger portions, not paying attention to how much butter, olive oil and cheese I was adding. Grazing on snacks in the kitchen 3-5 times daily at about 150 calories each time. Eating junky cheap food from 7-11 as a "reward" for any sort of tough day. Night eating, not drinking…

I always eat breakfast and I'm usually very hungry within an hour of waking up. I try to eat at least 20 g of protein at breakfast, and it usually falls between 400-450 calories (out of 1800). 2 cups of coffee with 2 scrambled eggs and toast, or yogurt with nuts and berries, or any variety of leftovers.

You have a really lovely figure! Congrats on your success, you look beautiful and I look forward to the update when you reach your goal!

You look fantastic! I'm so happy to have you as a friend, you inspire me! Keep up the great work girly.

I also lie about weight. DMV has one number, my family and loved ones don't get to know. I have even lied about how much I've lost also because I don't want them to do the math and realize exactly what my number was before. I've never had anyone ask me "How much do you weigh?" directly, so i don't feel the need to tell…
