Exactly what my doctor says. The only way to fix the tear is through surgery. The full extent of the damage is unknown at the moment. I'm waiting for another MR scan before they decide on the procedure. Hopefully I can get it fixed during the winter so it doesn't cut into my cycling too much.

Had mine for a couple of years. I use it mainly for chicken, fish and grilled veg. Quick, easy and always done to perfection.

I use a Garmin chest strap that connects to my bike computer (Garmin Edge) and watch (Garmin Fenix). It works fine for cycling/running.

Vanity I got out of the shower one day back in May and realised looked like a sack of s###. Since I had to give up running due to a knee injury I'd really let myself go. A new road bike and counting calories quickly took care of the weight. Now I'm working on fixing the broken physique. When May comes around again I'm…

Don't sweat daily fluctuations. Just keep an eye on your weekly/monthly pattern/curve. You'll get a better picture.

Get up, start coffee, empty bladder & colon, weigh, drink coffee, shower, breakfast (on rest days) or train then breakfast. The routine is so ingrained I don't even need to wake up.
